5 members of family died in house fire in Uttar Pradesh's Mau

LUCKNOW: In a painful incident five members of a family have died due to a fire in a house in Shahpur village of Kopangaj police station area in Mau district of Uttar Pradesh.The deceased include a woman and three children.

Mau DM Arun Kumar said, "We have got information from Shahpur village that a house has caught fire. 5 people of the same family have died in the accident. The fire was caused by the stove. Relief teams have been sent to the spot. 4 lakh per person will be given as assistance. Advance action is in progress.”
