Bhopal: FIR against two Congress MLAs for indecency with a woman in a train after drinking alcohol

Bhopal, Oct 7, (Fast Mail News):-- In Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh, a case of indecency with a woman has been registered against two Congress MLAs. In fact, a woman traveling in the Rewanchal Express on Friday filed a case of sexual harassment against two Congress MLAs. A woman told that both the Congress MLAs were under the influence of alcohol. The people present in the train also told that these two MLAs were drunk and were harassing people by using abusive language.

The woman, who was traveling with her child in the Rewanchal Express going from Rewa to Habibganj, told her husband over the phone about the molesting of the MLAs. General Railway Police (GRP) in-charge in Sagar PK Ahirwar said that the woman's husband informed the Railway Police in Sagar about the matter by tweeting after which the Sagar police boarded the train and helped the woman.

An FIR was registered against Congress MLA from Satna Siddharth Kushwaha and Kotma MLA Sunil Saraf under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), which deals with assault or criminal force to outrage the modesty of a woman.
