Delhi court rejects Satyendar Jain's plea to have food according to his religious beliefs in jail

New Delhi, Nov 26, (Fast Mail News):-- Delhi Government Minister and Aam Aadmi Party leader Satyendar Jain has received rejection from a Delhi court. The court has rejected the plea of ??Satyendar Jain, lodged in Delhi's Tihar Jail, in which he had asked to provide food according to his religious beliefs in the jail. Justice Vikas Dhul of the Special Court on Saturday (November 26) dismissed the petition of Satyendar Jain.

In this case, it should be noted that the Delhi court had also sought response from the jail administration regarding Satyendar Jain's petition. Delhi's Tihar Jail Administration says that according to the records of the jail, no such request was filed in the jail officer's office in which Satyendar Jain mentioned his religious food and his fast.

Tihar Jail Administration says that no such fasting has been allowed by the Jail Administration for any prisoner. The counsel appearing for the Tihar Jail Administration submitted that eating dry fruits is not allowed in the jail and neither can it be used as a substitute for regular food. If the doctor says that it is necessary for a prisoner, then it can be given for a certain peroid of time.

This is the fourth video of Satyendar Jain in Tihar Jail which has been shared by BJP leader Tejinder Pal Singh Bagga on Twitter. In this new video, Satyendar Jain is seen having a meeting with some people. The suspended superintendent of Tihar Jail is also seen among these people.
