Governor Satya Pal Malik hints at joining politics, to share stage with Jayant Chaudhary'

NEW DELHI: Meghalaya Governor Satya Pal Malik is retiring on 30 September. Even before retirement, Satyapal Malik has opened a front against the Bharatiya Janata Party and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He has been making some kind of allegations and attacks on PM Modi government for some times now. According to sources.According to sources,Malik has already given indications of joining active politics before retirement. He will share the stage with Rashtriya Lok Dal National President Jayant Choudhary in the Kisan Sammelan to be held in Shamli on October 3.

According to Rashtriya Lok Dal sources, Satya Pal Malik may join the Rashtriya Lok Dal Party after retiring from the post of Governor. Satpal Malik intends to contest the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. His eyes are on the Kairana Lok Sabha seat in Shamli district of Jatland, which is currently with the Bharatiya Janata Party. On October 2, on Gandhi Jayanti, Satya Pal Malik will attend a farmers' conference in Aligarh. Satyapal Malik remained in BJP till he became the governor, but now he wants to contest in election against BJP.


 While being the governor of Jammu and Kashmir, he had given a statement that he had received an offer of up to Rs 300 crore for some confidential files. Apart from this, he has been seen giving statements like the country has to be stopped from selling on social platforms. Satya Pal Malik accused the BJP government of ignoring the farmers and asked to leave the governor's post. Apart from this, he has reiterated many times that he carries his resignation in his pocket.

RLD leaders say that their party is a party of farmers and Satya Pal Malik is an old farmer leader. The RLD says that they and the farmers will benefit if Satyapal Malik joins his party. Since Satya Pal Malik is the leader of NDA and has been the Governor of many states, people listen to his words. Apart from this, he also has the ability to keep the farmers and Jats united, but it will be a big deal to see the reaction of the already sitting Jat leaders when they come to the RLD.
