Kanpur: Bajrang Dal burns effigy of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot over Udaipur incident

Kanpur, June 30 (FMNews) - Bajrang Dal activists burnt an effigy of Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot for Kanhaiya Lal's murder in Udaipur, Rajasthan.The activists have demanded that under the guise of Islamic bigotry, the jihadists who kill human  should be tried in fast track. Along with this, there was also a demand for capital punishment for the killers.

Bajrang Dal workers expressed their anger by burning an effigy of Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot at Kargil Park in Gujaini. They have alleged that if the Rajasthan government had become alert after listening to Kanhaiya Lal's plea and provided him security, then perhaps he would have been alive today. The Rajasthan government is more to blame for this incident than the terrorists who carried out this gruesome incident,the pointed out.

 

 

 Bajrang Dal co-convenor Dilip Singh said that due to the Congress government in Rajasthan, the jihadis got so courageous that Kanhaiya was killed while making a video and it was also made viral on social media.

They said that Rajasthan government should resign with immediate effect.They also raised slogans against the Rajasthan government and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.

DCP South Sanjeev Tyagi said that the activists of Bajrang had sought permission for the protest regarding the Udaipur incident. The activists protested peacefully at Kargil Park and their demands would be conveyed to the government.
