More than 10 million on the verge of hunger: UN Food Chief

Los Angeles, 30 July:-- The United Nations Food Agency has suspected that 10 million children and helpless people in Latin America are on the verge of starvation due to a corona infection. He has appealed to the US and European countries for help.
 
David Bristall, head of the United Nations Food Agency, said in media talks on Wednesday after a trip to Ecuador and Panama in Latin America that Corona caused 40 million people in Latin America struggling with food problems. A large section of them is of children.
 
He said in a conversation with the media that due to the corona, there is a danger of getting infected of food items. In the absence of other transport services, food items are not able to move from one place to another.
