'Mukti Gatha' is an attempt to make daughters self-reliant and end of dowry

Begusarai, 07 August:--‌ People sitting at home in lockdown have used to spend time on mobile via YouTube. In view of the increasing interest of the people in YouTube, people trying to bring change in the society in different ways are spreading their message to more and more people through it. In this episode, a team from Begusarai has made the short film 'Mukti Gatha'. The 'Mukti saga', designed to teach daughters, make them self-reliant and eradicate dowry-like practices, was conceived by Bhola Basant and written by former MLC Bhoomipal Rai. Vishnu Pathak and Rajinikanth Pathak, the producers of Shriram Janaki Films, have produced this 'Mukti Gatha' film for public awakening. The story is based on a poor family, in which the father, Ghanshyam, in daughter Sita's wedding, donates according to capacity. The boy's father was adamant about taking the full amount while giving the dowry amount before farewell. There is no use for poor Ghanshyam to earn enough. Tired of losing, he promises to give the remaining amount soon, then the daughter leaves. A few days later the dispute starts over the dowry amount in the in-laws. A dowry greedy father provokes his wife and tortures her daughter-in-law. Various tactics are used to bring dowry money. One day, on the instigation of his father, the boy Karsan sprinkles Tel and burns him. The girl's father would not tolerate the shock of death. He worries about the second daughter Geeta, dramatically calling the daughter to the farm where he wants to kill the second daughter because the first daughter was burnt to death by dowry covetousness. If you marry it too, then in-laws will kill it too. In the end between such thinking, people of the society gather and convince the girl's father not to do so. Director Anoop Kumar has given a very big message by incorporating the story of the bitter truth of the society into a song called Sun A Kahani Ho Kahani of enemy dowry. Co-producer and actor Bhoomipal Rai said that dowry is a misdemeanor. According to the data of the National Crime Records Bureau, one newly married couple is sacrificing dowry per hour in the country. Controlling this catastrophic situation is impossible only through legislation. All of us should make efforts at the social level to end this disease. The song by Ganesh Gaurav has been given vocals by Amar Anand, while the compilation is by Sunny Sinha.
