Odisha Education Minister changes mind,says students can participate in Independence Day celebration

 Bhubaneswar: Independence Day will be celebrated in the school this time and students can also interact with teachers and students, said Minister of Education and Public Education Sameer Ranjan Das on Wednesday.

They minister said that the students will be present during the hoisting of the flag. National anthem will also  be sung,he said.

 No sanctions will be imposed. But during the celebrations, the school principal and teachers will supervise the strict observance of the Covid guidelines issued by the state government, said Minister of Education and Public Education Sameer Ranjan Das.
