SHIMLA:The counting of votes for Himachal Pradesh Assembly Election is going on. There are a total of 68 assembly seats in the state. The trend of Himachal Pradesh assembly elections has been such that no party has been able to get power twice in a row. But in this election, not only BJP and Congress but also AAP had exerted their full might.

In Himachal Pradesh, state Congress president Pratibha Singh, Virbhadra Singh's son Vikramaditya Singh, former state president Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Mukesh Agnihotrim and senior leader Sudhir Sharma are in the race for chief ministership.
