Rajasthan: Congress protest against fuel price hike

 Sri Ganganagar, June 29: Congress workers and leaders rode a bicycle near the district Collectorate on Monday, to protest against the ever-increasing prices of petrol and diesel in the country. Later the subdivision officer was handed over the memorandum to the President.

 

On Monday, Congress leaders and activists took to the streets in different parts of the district and staged a protest. When the Congress workers tried to forcibly enter the collectorate, they were stopped by the policemen, but MLA Rajkumar Gaur urged the policemen to let him in, after which the Congressmen were allowed to enter.
