Russia and China supported India's big role in the United Nations

New York, Sep 23, (Fast Mail News):-- The world's superpowers are coming openly in support of India's big role in the United Nations. Now China and Russia have also supported India's bigger role in the United Nations.

 

Leaders from all over the world have gathered to attend the United Nations General Assembly meeting in New York, USA. Meanwhile, in the meeting of the foreign ministers of BRICS countries Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, together they discussed solutions to the world problems. In a joint statement issued after the meeting of the foreign ministers of the five countries, it was informed that in the meeting, China and Russia discussed the importance of Brazil, India and South Africa in international affairs. China and Russia, the permanent members of the UN Security Council, supported India's aspiration to play a greater role in the United Nations.

 

 

 

 It is noteworthy that India is a strong contender for inclusion as a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council. The support for India's larger role in the United Nations is being viewed from this perspective by BRICS, a grouping comprising Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, representing the world's more than 36 billion people.

 

The meeting was attended by Foreign Minister of Brazil Carlos Alberto Franco Frank, Foreign Minister of Russia Sergei Lavrov, Foreign Minister of India S Jaishankar, Minister of International Relations and Cooperation of the Republic of South Africa Naledi Pander and Foreign Minister of China Wang Yi.
