Sergei Yushenkov: Yeltsin will soon dissolve Russian Council of Ministers

  MOSCOW: RSFSR President Boris Yeltsin will soon sign a decree dismissing the whole Council of Ministers, Radical Democrats leader Sergey Yushenkov told Interfax.

 Yeltsin informed of his intention last Saturday at a meeting with deputies representing the Democratic Russia movement, Yushenkov said. Yeltsin said that a number of incumbent ministers might enter the new government. Yushenkov said that in particular Yevgeny Sabirov, Mikhail Maley, Nikolai Fyodorov and Mikhail Poltoranin were discussed.

 It was agreed at the meeting that communication between the Russian president and leaders of the Democratic Russia movement would take place regularly, at least once a month.
