Shraddha murder case: Court sent Aftab to judicial custody for 13 days
New Delhi, Nov 26, (Fast Mail News):-- In the Shraddha murder case, the court has sent Aftab to judicial custody for 13 days. Aftab was presented at the court through video conferencing. He was produced from Ambedkar Hospital itself. The Delhi Police team reached Ambedkar Hospital in Rohini at 10 am with Aftab.
Aftab's narco test may be done at Ambedkar Hospital on Monday. In which the team of FSL officers will be present. Delhi Police had again reached Ambedkar Hospital for a while with Aftab.
According to sources, before Narco, some routine medical check-ups were to be done in the hospital. After this Aftab was produced in the court.
Aftab is constantly trying to mislead the Delhi Police. He is telling many false things to the police. That's why Delhi Police is conducting his narco test.
Earlier, in the Shraddha Waqar murder case, the Delhi Police on Thursday claimed that accused Aftab Poonawala used five knives to cut Shraddha's body after killing her, which have been recovered. However, a saw has still not been found.
Aftab Poonawalla is alleged to have first strangled his live-in-relation partner to death. After this, his dead body was cut into 35 pieces. The pieces of the dead body were kept in a freeze at home for about three weeks. He used to throw these dead body pieces in different parts of Delhi-NCR at night. This matter has come to light after about six months.
