Sputnik V vaccine approved in Indonesia - RDIF
MOSCOW: Russia's Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine has received emergency use authorization in Indonesia, the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) said.
"The Russian Direct Investment Fund announces the approval of the Russian Sputnik V vaccine against coronavirus in the Republic of Indonesia," the vaccine manufacturer said on its website.
Indonesia has become the 70th country to register the Russian vaccine. Sputnik V was granted an emergency use authorization, the RDIF said.
Indonesian Trade Minister Muhammad Lutfi said in an interview with Izvestia in June 2021 that Indonesia was going to grant emergency use authorization to the Russian vaccine.
