Although you can eat walnuts at any time of the day throughout the year, but the evening time is considered to be the best time to eat walnuts. This also gives you good sleep at night.

To include walnuts in your diet, you can eat them plain, add them to salads, eat them mixed with yogurt, add them to smoothies and shakes or even eat them as a snack.
