Congress branded PM Modi as the nation's ‘biggest dramabaaz'

(Fast Mail):--  In a blistering counterattack, the congress party has branded the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as the nation’s “biggest dramabaaz” after the prime miniister Narendra Modi accused the Opposition of theatrics within Parliament’s walls.

Earlier in the day, ahead of the Winter Session, Modi declared that Parliament must be a place not for drama but for “delivery.”

The congress President Mallikarjun Kharge,in a post on”X” said that instead of discussing the key issues before Parliament, the Prime Minister once again resorted to delivering “Drama”.

Responding to the prime minister's attack to the opposition, Kharge said that over the past 11 years, the government has continuously trampled upon parliamentary decorum and the parliamentary system — there is a long list of such instances.

In the last Monsoon Session itself,Kharge said that at least 12 bills were passed in a hurried manner — some in less than 15 minutes, and some without any discussion at all.

“The entire country has previously witnessed how you bulldozed anti-farmer black laws, GST, and the Indian Civil Security Code-like bills through Parliament in a rushed and forceful manner”.

He pointed out that when the Manipur issue was raised, you remained silent until the opposition brought a no-confidence motion.Due to workload and procedural pressure, BLOs (Booth Level Officers) are continuously losing their lives.

He responded to the prime minister's statment on "dramebaaz" quote said, the truth is that the common man is struggling with unemployment, inflation, economic inequality, and the looting of the country’s precious resources, while those in power, drunk on arrogance, are busy playing the game of political theatrics.

The opposition wants to prioritize issues including "vote theft" and others, and we will consistently raise them in Parliament”,he alleged.
