Peshawari cuisine has always been shaped by time that includes patient techniques, slow simmering and recipes passed down through memory rather than measurement. Curated by Chef Rizwaan Qureshi, The Peshawar chapter draws from generations of culinary practice, bringing these principles to life through a menu that values depth, balance and restraint. Each dish on the menu unfolds gently on the palate, revealing layers of flavours that feel both comforting and profound.

From the smoky warmth of Murgh Tikka to the soulful richness of Dal-e-Qureshi and delicate balance of Subz Begum Bahar, every preparation reflects a cuisine that understands harmony intuitively. These are dishes I’ve grown up with. It’s a cuisine that takes its time, respects ingredients and carries generational stories. With The Peshawar Chapter at Conrad Pune, I wanted to bring that sense of patience and confidence to the table.”
