KCR's daughter Kavita reaches ED office, will be questioned for the second time in 24 hours

New Delhi, Mar 21, (Fast Mail News):-- Daughter of Telangana Chief Minister Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) and Bharat Rashtra Samithi leader and MLC K. Kavita today (Tuesday) appeared at the Enforcement Directorate (ED) office for the third round of questioning. ED officials will interrogate for the second time in 24 hours in the Delhi Excise Policy scam case.

The ED had questioned him for 10 hours yesterday (Monday). After this the Central Investigation Agency K. Kavita was summoned for the third day's questioning. ED has also interrogated Amit Arora. Based on the statements of the accused in the Delhi Excise Policy scam case, K.K. Kavita is being interrogated. ED last week K. A caveat has also been filed in the Supreme Court against Kavita's petition. In the petition, Kavita has challenged the summons issued by the ED in the Delhi Excise Policy scam case. Kavita's petition is to be heard in the Supreme Court on March 24.

It is noteworthy that ED has arrested BRS leader K.K. During the first questioning of Kavitha, she was confronted by Hyderabad-based businessman Arun Pillai, who represented the South group. The group is accused of paying a bribe of Rs 100 crore to Aam Aadmi Party leaders. Pillai has reportedly told the probe agency that he was an associate of Kavitha. The ED has also recorded the statement of Buchi Babu, former auditor of BRS MLC and member of South Group. In this case, former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia is currently lodged in Tihar Jail.
