Your sugar level will be easily controlled, just consume this spice….
Diabetes is a disease in which it often becomes difficult to control sugar. Most of the people suffer from slow sugar metabolism due to this disease, the effect of which is visible on the entire body. In such a situation, the spices kept in your house can work effectively for you. This spice accelerates sugar metabolism and speeds up its digestion. Apart from this, it accelerates the activity of insulin cells, which keeps diabetes under control. So, let us know how to use this spice in diabetes?
Turmeric powder for diabetics in sugar
Curcumin in turmeric acts as an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant agent and helps control sugar. It blocks the effect of some enzymes that cause inflammation in the body and accelerates sugar metabolism. Apart from this, it reduces oxidative stress and prevents damages caused by fine radicals. It increases insulin sensitivity and helps the body to digest sugar easily.
If your sugar level always remains high then first of all start drinking turmeric water. For this, grind turmeric and mix it in a glass of water and then drink this water on an empty stomach in the morning. You will find your sugar metabolism faster by the end of the day. Your sugar balance will also be visible.
2. Take turmeric mixed with ghee
Taking turmeric mixed with ghee helps in speeding up sugar metabolism. Actually, it directly increases insulin production and speeds up the speed of sugar digestion. So, all you have to do is grind turmeric and then mix it with ghee and consume it. Then drink a glass of warm water. You have to do this every night which can help in controlling diabetes. The special thing is that this method can help in managing fasting sugar level.
Just be careful not to do it regularly. Adopt this remedy only 3 times a week. Stop the treatment when the sugar level is controlled. Because doing this for a long time can be harmful for your body. So, if you have diabetes then you can adopt this method.
