Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Society (TSCS) Organizes Blood Donation Camps in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, May 6, (Fast Mail News):-- Thalassemia Sickle Cell Society (TSCS) a registered non-profit organization has  organised Blood donation camps at BHEL, Madhapur and Mailardevpally. The blood donation camps have received more than 500+ units of blood. Abu Aimal (social activist) and the dedicated staff of TSCS took part at the donation camps.

The camps were a huge success, with more than 500+ units of blood collected. This is a significant achievement, as thalassemia and sickle cell anemia patients require regular blood transfusions to manage their conditions. The blood collected at these camps will go a long way in providing relief to these patients and their families.

The success of these blood donation camps would not have been possible without the dedication and hard work of Alim Baig, Joint Secretary of TSCS, and TSCS team. Abu Aimal, a well-known social activist has also been working tirelessly to spread awareness about thalassemia and sickle cell anemia for many years and has been instrumental in getting great support towards these blood donation camps.

Talking about the blood camps at various parts of the Hyderabad, Dr. Suman Jain, CEO & Secretary - TSCS said “We would like to thank each and every donor who has come forward to save the lives of Thalassemia patients. TSCS would require a lot of blood units to treat and transfuse blood every day to the Thalassemia patients. And camps like these would definitely be helpful for the fulfilment of the patients need at the TSCS”.

These camps were also an opportunity to raise awareness about these conditions and encourage healthy individuals to donate blood and support those in need.
