Man arrested for threatening to plant bomb outside Devendra Fadnavis' house

Mumbai, Mar 28, (Fast Mail News):-- The police have arrested the accused who threatened to plant a bomb in front of Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis's house in Nagpur. In view of this threat, the security of Devendra Fadnavis's residence has been increased.

 

According to the police, at midnight on Monday, an unknown person called the Nagpur police control room and threatened to place a bomb in front of Devendra Fadnavis' house. After that the person disconnected the call. Thereafter, a bomb disposal team was sent to Fadnavis' house and police force was deployed. The police thoroughly inspected the area near Fadnavis' house but did not find any suspicious object.

The police started tracing the threat call and on this basis arrested the caller. During interrogation, the accused told that he was extremely angry after the power went off in the area. That is why he made a threatening phone call to the Nagpur Police Control Room about a bomb being placed in front of Fadnavis's house. The police is deeply investigating this matter.
