After Bihar,now Maharashtra connection surfaced in 'NEET paper leak' case, two detained

 MUMBAI: New revelations are being made every day regarding the irregularities in the NEET paper examination. After Bihar and Gujarat connection, now the Maharashtra connection has come to the fore in this case.

Nanded ATS has detained two teachers from Latur in Maharashtra. One of the detained teachers is from Latur and the other is from Solapur. The detained teachers have been identified as Sanjay Tukaram Jadhav and Jalil Umarkhan Pathan.

The Nanded ATS team raided two places in Latur district.Both the teachers of the Zilla Parishad were taken into custody. ATS suspects that both the teachers are involved in the NEET paper leak case. After taking both the teachers into custody, Nanded ATS is investigating the entire matter. CBI is also investigating the NEET paper leak case.

 

 

 Earlier in this case, on Saturday, the Economic Offenses Wing (EOU) of Bihar Police had detained 6 people from Deoghar city. All of them are residents of Nalanda in Bihar, who were hiding in a rented house in Deoghar. The Bihar Police team has also investigated the examination centers set up for NEET (UG) in Hazaribagh. It is being told that the solver gang of the leaked paper was operating from Ranchi and Hazaribagh.

Among those who have been detained from Deoghar city, a youth named Sintu is also included. Five other people along with him were staying here as laborers for the last few days. Bihar EOU team is interrogating them.
