Lufthansa Flight Receives Bomb Threat; Denied Landing in Hyderabad, Returns to Germany

A Lufthansa flight bound for Hyderabad was forced to make a U-turn and return to Frankfurt Airport on Sunday evening. Flight LH752 had departed from Germany and was scheduled to land at Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport on Monday morning. Lufthansa Airlines told news agency ANI that the flight was not granted permission to land in Hyderabad, prompting it to return to Frankfurt.

An official at Hyderabad Airport confirmed that the aircraft had to return to its origin in Germany. The official stated that the flight received a bomb threat while it was outside Indian airspace, which led to the decision to turn it back.
