PM Modi hold roadshow on second day of Kerala tour

THIRUANANTPURAM: The Prime Minister will flag off the Vande Bharat train on the second day of his tour today. The train will be flagged off from Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station. This train will go from Thiruvananthapuram to Kasaragod. This train has 16 coaches and will cover 11 stations.

Tuesday is the second day of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Kerala. He attended in a roadshow in Thiruvananthapuram. During the show, a large number of people were present. Today he will also flag off the Vande Bharat Express train at Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station and also gift the water metro to the state of Kerala. Today, flowers were showered on the PM during the road show and during this the Prime Minister also greeted the people by waving to them.

The Prime Minister will flag off the Vande Bharat train on the second day of his tour. The train will be flagged off from Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station.This train will go from Thiruvananthapuram to Kasaragod. This train has 16 coaches and will cover 11 stations. This route includes Kollam, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad, Pathanamthitta, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Kannur and Kasaragod. In addition, the Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone for development projects worth over Rs 3,200 acres at the Thiruvananthapuram Central Stadium.

 In the evening, the Prime Minister will visit the Namo Institute of Medical Education and Research at 4 pm. Will lay the foundation stone for development projects worth Rs 4850 crore in Dadar and Nagar Haveli Silvassa at 4.30 pm. At the same time, he will also inaugurate the road show in Daman at 6.10 pm and Devka Seafront in Daman at 6.30 pm.

Earlier on Monday, the Prime Minister addressed a public meeting and targeted the ruling CPI(M) and the opposition Congress. He said that Kerala is suffering due to the conflict between the two. He expressed confidence that the people of the state would accept the BJP in the coming days. He said that the way the northeastern states and Goa - which have a sizeable Christian community - have accepted the Bharatiya Janata Party, its work and its government, Kerala will also accept the BJP in the days to come.

He said, “Our government is organizing employment fairs to provide permanent government jobs. The campaign to provide jobs is going on in every BJP-ruled state. However, the current Kerala government is not focused on providing jobs to the youth. The youth of Kerala can never forget this attitude of the Kerala government.
