Sudarshan Reddy on Vice Presidential Election Results: I humbly accept the outcome, ideological struggle will continue
(Fast Mail):-- Sudarshan Reddy, the opposition's candidate for the Vice Presidential post, stated after his defeat that he humbly accepts the result, but his ideological struggle will continue with even greater vigor.
He also extended best wishes to C.P. Radhakrishnan, the candidate of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) who won the Vice Presidential election, and expressed gratitude to the opposition for their support.
In a statement, Reddy said, "Today, the Members of Parliament have announced their decision in the election for the Vice President of India. I humbly accept this outcome with unwavering faith in the democratic processes of our great republic."
