Don’t fall prey to these 'babus' : Dr. Ajoy Kumar, Odisha congress in-charge
BHUBANESWAR: Odisha congress in-charge Dr.Aoy Kumar has launched a scathing attack on the Biju Janata Dal government led by chief minister Naveen Patnaik and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for cheating the people of Odisha over fake promises given to the people of Odisha. He has requested the people of Odisha not to fall prey with these leaders who are mired in corruption and giving people fake promises for years together.
In his “X” handle Dr.Ajoy Kumar said,”I request people of Odisha, don't fall prey to these 'Babus';Modi Babu Naveen Babu, Pandian Babu”. Requesting the people of Odisha to reject the Naveen Patnaik this time, he recalled how Naveen Patnaik government had cheated the people Odisha in its 23 years of rule.He said." BJD government has failed to enhance the income of the farmers and farmers' income becomes less than ?5,000 per month".
Coning down heavily on the issues of migration in the state for over years together, Kumar said over a million youths ,people migrate from Odisha to other states to get works every year.In these years migrants of laborers had been a great problem in the state,he said.
Accusing the Naveen Patnaik government,Kumar claimed that outsiders have grabbed important tenders and looted crores of rupees from Odisha and BJP is protecting it.He also questioned the silence of investigating agencies on this loot.

He questioned as to why CBI or ED is not investigating such cases in Odisha?. He wondered what could be the reason behind the investigating agencies like CBI and ED’s silence on these allegations, accusing these leaders of indulging in financial irregularities during their tenures.
It can be recalled Dr.Ajoy Kumar ,earlier in a programme called “PAAN” he had coined a new acronym — PANN — to hit out at the BJD and BJP.
He had alleged that in Odisha, BJD and BJP are bound by marriage or you may call it a partnership. They are together.
And, in this marriage, they have given PANN to the people of Odisha,” he said. The Odisha congress in-charge termed the PANN,is a group of VK Pandian, Home Minister Amit Shah, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
The Congress’s PANN is a caustic take on the colloquial paan (betel leaves chewed with acrea nuts) that every Odia is familiar with.
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi also had said at Salepur rally about this PAAN. He had requested the people of Odisha, “Bahut paan aap ne kha liya, pet kharab ho gaya. Ab aap Congress ki sarkar layiye”.
