Supreme Court to give its verdict today on Kejriwal's plea challenging arrest by ED
NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court will give its verdict today on the petition of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, in which he has challenged the arrest by ED in money laundering casr under the liquor policy scam. Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by ED on 21 March.
The bench headed by Justice Sanjeev Khanna will give its verdict on this matter. Earlier, Kejriwal's petition was heard in the Supreme Court on 17 May. Then the court had reserved the decision and said that Arvind Kejriwal can go to the trial court for bail.
