At least 4 people died,10 injured in factory fire in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
JAIPUR: At least four people died and 10 others were injured in a factory fire in Bhiwadi area of ??Khairthal-Tijara district of Rajasthan.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (Tijara) Shivraj Singh said that a fire broke out in the factory late Tuesday evening, in which one person died and 10 others were injured. He said that the fire was brought under control but the firefighters could not go inside due to smoke, three more bodies were recovered from the factory late at night.
He said that two bodies have been sent for post-mortem while the process of removing two bodies from the spot is going on.
The accident occured in a medicine factory in Khushkheda Industrial Area on Tuesday evening. The cause of the fire is not clear. The officer said that the injured are undergoing treatment in the district hospital.
