Four inter-state ATM looters nabbed by Dhenkanal police
DHENKANAL: Within two days of ATM looting a morning Dhenkanal district police has successfully cracked the case by arresting four dacoits belonging to outside state. The arrested dacoits are from Haryana and Rajasthan states. They are Rafiq Khan,35 and Sadam Majit Hussein of Luohu district of Haryana. Another two belong to Alwar district of Rajasthan are Aslam Mohammed,35 and Mohammad Nasif,35.Police seized around 8,27lakhs of rupees from their possession besides a number of mobiles, gas cutter machines and other instruments. Various ATM cards, fake number plates and other incriminating articles were seized from them..
SP said,on Wednesday night when these criminals struck at SBI ATM at Panhubati by the side of NH-55 under Sadar police station police got information about that crime. The miscreants not only looted rupees 8.96 lakhs but also burnt the ATM machine.
