Imran Khan reaches home in Lahore, warmly welcomed, accused of stopping police

Islamabad, May 13 (Fast Mail News):-- Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan has reached his Lahore residence after getting legal relief after his arrest. He has accused the police of forcibly stopping him.

 

Imran Khan was ordered to be released immediately by the Supreme Court on Thursday. On Friday, the High Court granted him bail. After this relief, Imran reached his residence at Zaman Park in Lahore on Saturday morning. He was welcomed everywhere from Islamabad to Lahore.

 

 

 Khan, who reached home, said that the Islamabad police did everything possible to prevent him from going to Lahore. In fact, despite being granted bail, Khan was kept in the court premises for providing security. Imran said that he would tell the whole country about the incident of forcible detention.

 

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf workers warmly welcomed Imran Khan on reaching home. The welcome includes Imran's sisters and other family members. Everyone inquired about his health. Imran later said in a video message that Islamabad's Inspector General of Police Akbar Nasir tried his best to keep him in the Islamabad High Court. They didn't let me go out for three hours. These three hours were very dangerous. According to Imran, he told the Inspector General of Police that he would tell the whole of Pakistan that he was being kidnapped. After this he was allowed to leave.
