Israel's security forces surrounds Gaza Strip from sky to ground, clashes in Khan Yunis

 Gaza/Tel Aviv, 06 Dec: The war in Gaza Strip between Israel and Palestiniangroup Hamas intensified on the 61st day  on Wednesday. Israeli security forces have surrounded Khan Yunis, the largest city in southern Gaza, and closed all escape routes. The priority of the security forces is to target the Hamas commanders hiding in the tunnels built in Khan Yunis. At least four commanders and several operatives were killed during the night.

According to the leading newspaper The Times of Israel, Israeli security forces are searching and killing terrorists hiding in tunnels built in schools and hospitals. Rockets, mortars and missiles are being fired.

Meanwhile, two Palestinians have been killed in clashes with Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) in the northern West Bank. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said that it is very important to demilitarize Gaza after the war. There is confidence in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) that they will do so.

 

 

 According to the newspaper, the IDF has apologized for the death of a Lebanese soldier in the attack. The IDF said the troops were acting to neutralize a real threat to the Hezbollah post. The Lebanese army was not on target. IDF chief Lieutenant General Herzi Halevi said the Khan Younis area of southern Gaza had been completely surrounded. The forces have killed several Hamas commanders and operatives from the Northern Gaza Strip Brigade here. These people were hiding in a tunnel located near the hospital.

The IDF has said that the United Nations is responsible for the slowing down of humanitarian aid to southern Gaza. The IDF is fighting within the framework of international law. In this fighting, four battalion commanders of Hamas's largest Gaza Brigade have been killed.
