1. In high blood sugar

2. In asthma and bronchitis

Eating banana can cause harm in case of asthma and bronchitis. Banana can aggravate your allergies in this condition and cause delayed recovery. Therefore, if you have asthma or bronchitis then avoid eating banana. Especially do not eat at all until you are completely cured.

3. In case of cough

Eating banana in case of cough can increase this problem rapidly. Actually, banana increases mucus and due to this the problem of congestion can increase further. Apart from this, it can increase allergies due to which you may have difficulty in breathing. So, avoid eating banana in case of cough. Not only this, some people may also develop cough after eating banana in the evening.
