Mercury reaches 50 degrees in Rajasthan, red alert for Delhi

 NEW DELHI:Scorching heat wave continues in most parts of the country. The situation is worst in Rajasthan. The situation is such that the temperature here has reached 50 degrees.

According to the Meteorological Center Jaipur, the maximum temperature recorded during the day in Phalodi, Rajasthan was 50 degrees Celsius. A temperature of 48.8 degrees Celsius was recorded in Barmer. Earlier in the year 2016, the highest temperature was recorded at 51 degrees Celsius on May 15.

 

 

 At the same time, the temperature was recorded at 48 degrees in Jaisalmer, 47.2 degrees in Bikaner, 47 degrees in Churu, 46.9 degrees in Jodhpur, 46.5 degrees in Ganganagar, 46.3 degrees in Kota and 43.8 degrees Celsius in Jaipur.

It is extremely hot on one side. On the other hand, people are troubled by power cuts. People in cities and rural areas are facing power cuts of several hours.

The country's capital Delhi is also in bad condition. Maximum temperature was recorded here also. Maximum temperature was recorded in Mungeshpur, 46.9 degrees, Najafgarh – 46.8 degrees, Narela – 46.7 degrees Celsius. Red alert of heat wave has been issued in Delhi for the next 4 days.
