Naveen Patnaik is running an autocratic government : Sarat Patnaik
ANGUL: The Pradesh Congress president Sarat Patnaik made a scathing attack against Naveen Patnaik government for failing to meet the aspirations of the people.
Patnaik who made a two day visit to industrial districts of Angul and Dhenkanal said the BJP and BJD have failed to meet the aspirations of the people.Naveen Patnaik is running an autocratic government and did nothing in last 23 years of his rule. There are many villages in the state to where ambulance can not have an access due to lack of road,he said.
Patnaik while addressing the public meetinghs criticized the BJP government at the centre for abnormal price rise and corruption in the country.He described BJP and BJD are having brotherly relations and their fight is just a name sake.
The PCC president attending a rally at Kankadahad of Dhenkanal district here exhorted people to dislodge BJP and BJD government as their rule is riddled with non-formances and corruption. He also reiterated the failure of the BJD government in the state in providing basing needs of the people..jpg)
Arriving at Pallahara yesterday Patnaik met workers there and stayed the night here. In the morning,he left Angul for Parjang block of Dhenkanal district where he met workers there and addressed them.Later he went to the village of late freedom fighter Baji Rout where he garlanded the statue of the freedom fighter Baji Rout .
Later the PCC president left for Jajpur district.Angul district president Sangram Mishra and other PCC office bearers accompanied Sarat Patnaik during his tour.Senior leader Digambar Garnaik among others also accompanied him.
