NIA arrests one more key accused in 2024 brutal murder case in Manipur’s Jiribam

(Fast Mail):--The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested another key accused in the brutal killing of three women and three children in Manipur’s Jiribam in 2024, officials said on Friday.

They stated that the NIA arrested Lalrosang Hmar alias Rosang from Moinathol village and Dilkhosh Grant from Cachar, Assam, from Aizawl, Mizoram, on Thursday.

In a statement, the investigating agency said, “This arrest was made by a joint team of NIA and Assam Police from Aizawl, shortly after the arrest of another accused, Thanglienlal Hmar.”

The statement added that on November 11, 2024, militants abducted and brutally murdered three women and three children in the Borebekra area of Jiribam district, Manipur.
