One 18-year-old youth missing in Garjankhol waterfall
The youth is still missing even after firemen from Keonjhar district and Angul made tireless efforts to trace the body.Even,the SDRF from Angul rushed to spot today but the they couldn’t have successful in tracing the body in waterfall.
According to police, Lipun and his two friends Subham Palei and Giridhari Palei had come to Garjanbahal water fall yesterday to take bath and shoot video. They belong to Balarai village under Nayakota police station of Keonjhar district.
Then Subham and Giridhari raised alaram by which the firemen from nearby Bansapal of Keonjhar district reached the spot.They tried to trace the body but failed yesterday.Pallahara police was informed about the incident in the night and they immediately informed SDRF and firemen based at Angul. They both came in the morning today and tried to fish out the body but they failed as their boats couldn’t access their boats to the waterfall current.
The family members of the deceased today had come to the spot and urged Pallahara administration to further try to locate the missing.
Pallahara IIC Pradeep Mahanta said,he was informed about the incident in night yesterday and called SDRF from Angul.He said that so far there there is no re[ort in the police station by the family members about the missing.
