New Delhi, Apr 7, (Fast Mail News):-- Actress Amisha Patel is in trouble. The court has issued a warrant against her. Jharkhand's Ranchi Civil Court has issued warrants against Ameesha Patel and her business partner Kunal in the case of cheating and check bounce.

According to media reports, Argora resident Ajay Kumar Singh had filed a case against the actress in the year 2018. The complaint alleged that Ameesha Patel had taken Rs 2.5 crore from him in the name of making a film, but the film was not made and Ameesha did not return the money. According to Ajay Kumar, Ameesha Patel and her partner Kunal had said that they would return the money with interest after the completion of the film. The shooting of the film titled 'Desi Magic' began in the year 2013. However, the film has not released yet. Also, when the filmmaker asked for money from Ameesha Patel, she did not return it. Later, she gave two checks of Rs 2.5 crore and Rs 50 lakh in October 2018, but they bounced.

In such a situation, a warrant has been issued by the Civil Court in the case registered against Ameesha Patel. The next hearing will be on April 15. It is being told that a case has been registered in the matter of check bounce, cheating and intimidation. The complainant Ajay Kumar Singh of Jharkhand is associated with film production.
