Congress is only left with false promises: PM Modi
Witnessing the massive crowd, PM Modi criticized the Congress, stating that they rely on false promises, be it in the country or Madhya Pradesh, lacking a concrete development plan. He characterized Congress leaders as filmy and their announcements as filmy.
He said, “And when the characters are filmy, then the scene will also be filmy. Here, a competition of tearing clothes is going on between two Congress leaders. And right now, this is the trailer of the film. After the victory of BJP on 3rd December, the real picture of Congress will be visible here; the real conflict of Congress will take place.”
PM Modi accused the Congress of being associated with massive scams, criminal dominance, the mistreatment of the poor, oppression of Dalits, backward classes, and tribals in the state. He claimed that Congress is incapable of truly representing Madhya Pradesh and is primarily focused on promoting dynastic politics.
Emphasizing the schemes benefiting women in the state, PM Modi mentioned, "The Ujjwala Yojana has reduced the cost of gas cylinders by Rs 500 for its beneficiaries. Through the Har Ghar Jal Abhiyan, countless families in Madhya Pradesh now have access to tap water. Women have had bank accounts opened for them, and arrangements were made to ensure that every benefit reached those bank accounts. Ladli Behan Yojana and Ladli Lakshmi Yojana are also being praised all over the country today.”
In his address, PM Modi highlighted the achievements of the Modi government in the context of tribals. He mentioned that it was the BJP that acknowledged and honoured the contribution of tribal society to India's struggle for independence. The BJP government designated November 15, the birthdate of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, as Janjatiya Gaurav Divas.
