Demand for CBI inquiry into the death of a family under mysterious circumstances

Kolkata, Mar 20, (Fast Mail News):--  A case has been filed in the High Court demanding a CBI inquiry into the death of four members of the same family under mysterious circumstances in Durgapur under West Burdwan district. The case was filed by Calcutta High Court advocate Sameem Ahmed. Drawing the attention of Calcutta High Court Justice Rajasekhar Mantha to the matter, advocate Shamim Ahmed said that there is a larger conspiracy behind the mysterious death of four people in Durgapur.

He claimed that a case of corruption could also be involved in the recruitment. Justice Rajasekhar Mantha directed the advocate to file an affidavit. Only after that the court will hear the matter. Prosecution counsel told the court that during investigation it was found that before his death, Amit Mandal had sent two suicide notes from his mobile phone on WhatsApp group of his relatives. There are allegations of involvement of some of his relatives in school recruitment, attempts to usurp his property, day-to-day emotional abuse. The relatives of the deceased filed a case in the High Court demanding a CBI inquiry.

An incident that took place on Sunday morning at Milanpally in Durgapur sent shockwaves across the state. The bodies of a man named Amit Mandal, his wife and two children were recovered from the house. His wife's body was lying on the floor, two children were on the bed and Amit was hanging from the ceiling fan with a noose around his neck. It is learned that Amit had sent a message about the cause of death to some family members through WhatsApp on mobile phone before his death.

It is alleged that the murder was committed over property. Amit also posted the same message on Facebook. On the basis of that post, the lawyer believes that there is a big conspiracy behind it.
