PM's Panch-Pran-Panch Sankalp will make India a developed country by 2047: LG Sinha
Jammu, Apr 6, (Fast Mail News):-- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha addressed the inaugural session of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 3-day mega event on Panch Pran at Jammu University today. The event is being organized by the University of Jammu in association with Hindustan Samachar News Agency, Indira Gandhi National Center for the Arts and Cluster University of Jammu.
Talking about Amrit Kaal and Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Panch Pran, the Lt Governor said that the five resolutions-Resolve to take the country forward as a developed India, to end the mentality of slavery, to take pride in India's heritage and legacy The strength of unity and togetherness and the duty of the citizens towards the nation, will make India a developed country by 2047.
In 2047, when we celebrate 100 years of independence, India will have the youngest and most skilled workforce in the world. The Lt Governor said that today we are the fifth largest economy in the world and in the next 25 years we will be a $26 trillion economy. The Lt Governor said that the great challenge of transforming the country can be achieved by adopting the five resolutions and achieving the goals of making a developed nation as envisioned by our forefathers.
The Lt Governor called upon the citizens and all stakeholders to adopt the Panch Pran Awahan given by PM Narendra Modi to move towards a golden age and build a prosperous and welfare society. The age-old civilizational values based on Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah – everyone should be happy and prosperous – will continue to guide us in building a modern India. He said that welfare of others is the basic philosophy of our cultural heritage which would show the way to prosperity.
The Amrit Yatra demands dedication, determination and above all, faith in the age-old wisdom of capabilities and inclusiveness. The Lt Governor said that young men and women should work towards harnessing the tremendous potential of various sectors to shape the destiny of our nation. The Lt Governor highlighted the efforts of the Prime Minister to fulfill the resolutions and make Jammu and Kashmir a major contributor to the socio-economic development of the nation.
He said that Jammu and Kashmir has made significant all-round progress and our economy is getting stronger by the month. Recent reforms have started unleashing untapped productivity and have succeeded in improving the quality of life for the people. He said that several structural reforms with the spirit of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat and collective efforts of the people are playing an important role in the cause of sustainable development.
Highlighting the phenomenal growth recorded in various sectors, the Lt Governor said that physical, knowledge and digital connectivity have infused a sense of self-confidence in the society and helped the administration to promote sustainable and equitable development. Speaking on the quick pace of project completion, the Lt Governor said that 50,627 projects were completed in 2021-22 and we are expecting to cross 70,000 projects in the financial year 2022-23. He said the five resolutions would ensure rapid economic growth and build a vast infrastructure network for sustained growth.
Expressing his views on this occasion, Arvind Mardikar, President of Hindusthan Samachar news agency, gave his detailed views about Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Panch Pran Sankalp. He also explained in detail about the Hindusthan News Agency and told that at present Hindusthan News is providing its services in 12 languages and now it is going to start its services in three more languages soon. He said that with this Hindusthan Samachar news agency will become the biggest news agency in the world. He further said that we respect all Indian languages. He called upon the youth to understand Panch Prana during this three-day mega event and play their important role in making India a developed nation. He also appreciated Hindusthan Samachar's Executive Editor Brajesh Jha and J&K bureau chief Balwan Singh and their entire team for their significant contribution to make this program a success.
While Ajay Kumar Singh, Press Secretary to the President of India said in his keynote address that the Prime Minister's Panch Pran will make India stand in the league of most developed countries in the next 25 years. Highlighting the five resolutions of the Prime Minister, Singh said that people have to focus on their resolve and power. We should take the responsibility of fulfilling all the dreams of freedom fighters by adopting those Panch Pranas by 2047, when the country is celebrating 100 years of independence. He said that it is the responsibility of each one of us to build a developed India.
It is the combination of sociology and psychology added to the traditional notion of development which makes the development process more effective and transformative. He said that the Indian model of development would be fundamentally different from other developed countries and would have unique features of inclusiveness and social justice.
Professor Umesh Rai, Vice-Chancellor, University of Jammu highlighted the salient features of Panch Pran Utsav. The three-day event will include lectures by leading experts, screening of documentaries and exhibitions of cultural heritage. On this occasion, the Lieutenant Governor
