After Gujarat,stampede like situation in Mumbai as over 25,000 youths reach for 2000 posts

 MUMBAI: In a shocking incident chaos prevailed  due to presence of a large number of job aspirants during a walk-in interview at Air India Airport Services Limited in Kalina in Mumai.

The crowd  pushed and shoved in an attempt to enter first for the interview. The company had held walk-in interviews for the post for  various types of repair and maintenance work. Recruitment was to be done for a total of 2,216 posts. But despite such few vacancies, a huge crowd gathered outside the recruitment office and soon the situation went out of control.

 

 This scene is enough to understand the state of unemployment situation in the country.According to reports,more than 25,000 applicants had reached the airport for 600 posts of loader.

It is worth noting that a similar incident had come to light recently. Recently, a job interview was held in a hotel in Bharuch, Gujarat where , a huge crowd of applicants had gathered. A stampede-like situation arose in the crowd gathered for the interview. During the jostling, a railing installed there broke, due to which many youngsters fell down.
