BJP govt drowned Uttar Pradesh in debt : Akhilesh Yadav
Expressing concern over the state economy,Yadav said that the BJP government has drowned the state in debt and in this budget too, the BJP government has taken a loan of 91,000 crore rupees.
“From independence until 2017, the debt on Uttar Pradesh was three lakh crore rupees. However, in last eight years under the Yogi Adityanath-led BJP government, an additional six lakh crore rupees of debt has been incurred”, he said.
He stated that the government is continuously crushing Uttar Pradesh under the burden of debt, adding the BJP government, with its flawed economic policies, is also playing with the economy of the state and the country.
The SP chief further stated that the development schemes of the state and central governments exist only on paper. The government is trying to hide the ground reality by presenting false statistics. There is corruption in every department. Never before has there been so much corruption in the state. From construction projects to health and police departments, corruption is rampant everywhere.
He alleged that the government is entirely running on a policy of lies, loot, and dishonesty. No work is being done in the interest of the public. The problems of farmers, youth, and the common people are increasing day by day. The public is waiting for the elections. In 2027, the people will show the BJP’s government of lies, loot, and dishonesty the way out of power forever.
