Dispute Over Sanjay Kapoor's 30,000 Crore Prperty Refuses to Die Down, Priya Sachdev Approaches HC
The legal battle over the 30,000 crore inheritance of businessman Sanjay Kapoor, ex-husband of Karishma Kapoor, has intensified after his death.
Following Sanjay Kapoor's mother, Karishma's children Samaira and Kiaan have also knocked on the doors of the High Court against their stepmother Priya Sachdev Kapoor.
On the children's petition, the High Court has ordered Priya to publicly disclose the list of properties by October 10. However, before making the list of properties public, Priya Sachdev Kapoor has now approached the Delhi High Court.
Priya has requested the High Court that before disclosing the list of her husband's properties, all parties should sign a confidentiality agreement (Non-Disclosure Agreement or NDA). The High Court will hear this petition today.
It may be recalled that in its order dated September 10, the High Court had directed Priya Kapoor to submit a comprehensive list of all of Sanjay Kapoor's assets.
