District minister reviews developmental works with officials in Dhenkanal
DHENKANAL: The minister for food supply and consumer affairs Krishna Chandra Patra today held a review meeting at Sadbhavana conference hall with district officials. He reviewed various developmental projects going on in the district and about progress of land acquisition for upcoming medical college and hospital and road expansion projects.
The district collector Ashish Eswahwar Patil and other senior officials of the district were present on the occasion.During the review the minister stressed the priority of the people of Dhenkanal in the employment and other facilities by the industries in the district.
Discussions were also held on the expansion of Dakshinkali Medical road,the construction of sports complex at Banamali Prasad and proposed ring road.The minister asked Kalyani Steel and a solar company to expedite their construction works.Patra advised industries to contribute more in the development of the district.
Among others,Dhenkanal SP Abhinav Sonkar ,ADM,Lalita Mohan Behera,Subcollector Bibhu Dhala along with heads of various industries were present.In the meantime,the minister asked the officials to ensure all developmental projects completed within stipulated time frame.
