Police reached the house of Congress leader Sangeeta Sharma in MP
Bhopal, April 1, (Fast Mail News):-- Due to apprehension of creating disturbance in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's convoy, the police have taken Sangeeta Sharma, Vice President of Madhya Pradesh Congress Media Department, under their surveillance. The police team reached the house of Congress leader Sangeeta Sharma on Hoshangabad (Narmadapuram) Road here on Saturday.
Prime Minister Modi is on Bhopal stay on Saturday. He will flag off the Vande Bharat train at Rani Kamalnapati station here at around 3.30 pm and leave for Hazrat Nizamuddin.
The police had received inputs from the intelligence department that Sangeeta Sharma along with her supporters could create disturbance by raising slogans when the Prime Minister's convoy would move from Rani Kamalapati Railway Station towards Barkatullah University. In such a situation, the police have taken them under surveillance. However, no legal action has been taken against them.
