Rahul reaches Jammu,to meet delegation of Kashmiri Pandits

 JAMMU: Amid tight security, Congress' Bharat Jodo Yatra, led by Rahul Gandhi, has reached Jammu from Samba. Rahul Gandhi is currently travelling under multiple layers of security. After the blast in Jammu two days ago, Rahul's security has been increased. Rahul and his supporters are surrounded by security forces and only people they know are being allowed around. Rahul will also meet Kashmiri Pandits, and Kashmiri Pandit refugees from Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) during the break in Jammu. Apart from this, he will also address the rally here.

 

 At the same time, let us tell you that Rahul Gandhi will hoist the national flag at the party headquarters in Srinagar at the end of the 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' on January 30. On this occasion, to show solidarity with 'Bharat Jodo Yatra', the Tricolor will be hoisted in the offices of District Congress Committees and Block Congress Committees in all the states of the country apart from the State Congress Committees.

Congress General Secretary (Organization) KC Venugopal said that the yatra, which started from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu on September 7, will end in Srinagar on January 30. The journey will end after covering 3,970 kilometers while passing through 12 states and two Union Territories. KC Venugopal said in a statement, "The Bharat Jodo Yatra has received an overwhelming response from millions of people and has spread Rahul Gandhi's message of love and unity among the citizens of the country. The overwhelming support from all sections of the society and the hearty participation of the people has made it a historic journey and a turning point in Indian politics.''
