RLD joins ruling NDA alliance, leaves I.N.D.I Alliance

 NEW DELHI:Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) has announced joining the ruling NDA alliance snapping its ties with the opposition alliance. Replying to a media query in New Delhi, party Chief Jayant Chaudhary said his party took this decision because of the situation and with its intention to do something good for the people.

He added that he made the decision after speaking to all the MLAs and workers of his party. The RLD Chief highlighted that after the announcement of Bharat Ratna to former Prime Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh, they are very happy as it is the respect of the farmers, youth, and poor of the country not only for his family.

 Jayant Chaudhary's party was part of the opposition I.N.D.I alliance. He is the grandson of the former Prime Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh.
