24 trains running late to Delhi due to dense to very dense fog, says Indian Railways
NEW DELHI:Several trains are running late due to obstructed visibility after dense to very dense fog was observed in many parts of the country. Indian Railways said that up to 24 trains arriving in Delhi are running late. These trains are delayed from one hour to 8 hours with the GAYA-NEW DELHI MAHABODHI EXPRESS currently on an 8-hour delay.
The list also includes the Puri-New Delhi Purushottam Express, BHUBNESHWAR-NEW DELHI RAJDHANI EXPRESS, Saharsa-New Delhi Vaishali Express, Rewa-Anand Vihar Express, Chennai-New Delhi Express and Vasco-Nizamuddin Express.
The India Meteorological Department earlier today recorded dense fog in Delhi with visibility of fifty. It added that visibility will improve during the next few hours.
