Bhubaneswar Land Scam : Lumex fraudsters to be nabbed soon as Eow takes up the case

Bhubaneswar, Apr 29, (Fast Mail News):-- Lumex Resources fraudsters couple Rajeev Lochan Das and his wife Sonia Tripathy  are soon to be nabbed as the case has been transferred to EOW under the direct supervision of Arun Bothra.The duo fraudesters had cheated a tech entrepreneur and his wife lakhs of rupees in the pretext of giving them piece of land and further construction of villa and interiors though their company, Bright homes decor.

 The cheating and forgery of the accused couple got caught when they failed to deliver the peace of land to the complainant and then the complainant had lodged fir with airfield PS .

 Then the IIC Radhakanta Sahu and his team has raided the accused residence in Z1 estate but the accused had absconded. The IIC had cut the water and gas connection of the flat of the accused and locked the abandoned car of the accused parked at the airport parking lot.

However then the relative of the accused Addl CP Uma Dash ordered the IIC to reinstate the connections and lock free the car while those facts were suppressed in the case diary submitted to court and currently under investigation.

 The anticipatory bail of the accused has been rejected by Odisha HC with direction to Surender but the accused didn’t .

 The case has been transferred to EOW under the direct supervision of Arun Bothra and the accused will be nabbed soon.
