Criminals shot four of same family In Muzaffarpur, Bihar
The victims are identified as 55-year-old Hema Thakur, his 45-year-old wife Moti Devi, their 26-year-old son Ankit Kumar and Aman Kumar. After the incident, there is an atmosphere of panic in the entire area.
DSP East Sahariyar Akhtar took information about the incident from all the injured on Thursday. He cited mutual dispute as the reason behind the incident. DSP East said that the area is being blocked and raids are being conducted to arrest the criminals.
Villagers said that Hema Thakur's family members were going to sleep after having dinner at around 12 o'clock on Wednesday night. Then the bike riding criminals started firing indiscriminately at his house. The entire area echoed with the sound of gunfire. When people reached Hema Thakur's house after the sound stopped, everyone was lying injured.
It is noteworthy that the fear of criminals continues from city to village in Muzaffarpur district. Despite the frequent incidents, the police are far from reining in the criminals.
